💡 ADVOCACY SQE2 1-1 MOCKS — How Our Mocks Work
🔴 DEFINITION: Advocacy is a single SQE2 assessment, examined in Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation.
The live assessment takes the form of a simulated court hearing, where a solicitor assessor acts as the judge. The aspiring solicitor delivers oral submissions in response to the scenario provided.
