SQE1 Resit Pack: FLK1 or FLK2
🔴 DEFINITION: The SQE1 Resit Course consists of two separate programmes for candidates retaking FLK1 or FLK2. Unlike the full SQE1 course, it does not include Live Revision Classes, but all law materials are regularly updated, with access to a Law Updates bundle.
The course follows a structured training timeline, with tasks organised into clear and logical modules. These progress from law lectures to various MCQ bundles, delivered in both training mode and exam mode, to build confidence, accuracy, and exam readiness.
The resit course does not include formal mentorship, as many resitters already have support in place. That said, our mentors are always happy to jump on a call and help if needed. We understand the pressure, frustration, and emotional toll of resitting – you are not starting again, and you are not alone. You are home now.
The course includes discounted compulsory modules. Manuals and 1-to-1 law classes are optional add-ons, available via our bulk discount system.

💳 Smart Credits & Flexible Booking
The SQE2 Basic Skills Course does not include Smart Credits for 1-to-1 bookings.
However, by enrolling in this course (£550), you are immediately entitled to a 5% discount on any add-ons or Smart Credit top-ups.
As your total spend with the Academy increases, your discount level automatically increases.

🔢 Practical Examples (How the Discount Works)
Example 1
You enrol in the SQE1 FLK1 Resit Course for £550
→ You are automatically entitled to a 5% discount on add-ons.
Example 2
You top up £450 for 1-to-1 mocks:
£550 + £450 = £1,000 total spend
→ Your discount increases to 10%
→ You pay £405 instead of £450 for the top-up.
Example 3
You want 7 × 1-to-1 classes at £150 each:
£150 × 7 = £1,050
£550 + £1,050 = £1,600 total spend
→ Your discount increases to 10%
→ You pay £945 instead of £1,050 for the 1-to-1 classes.
