Qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales requires thorough preparation and a significant time commitment. Candidates often ask us how much time they need to prepare for the QLTS assessment, and we are starting to see more and more similar enquiries for the SQE.

SQE is designed to have 2 stages, of which SQE stage 1 is going to assess the candidates’ knowledge at point of admission. The method selected to achieve this objective is multiple-choice questions.
